The Muscogee County (GA) Educators' Perceptions and Experiences with the Georgia Virtual Credit Recovery (GVCR) Program

This research presents the findings of a consensual qualitative research study which explored the experiences and perceptions of high school educators in the western region of the state of Georgia with the usage of the Georgia Virtual Credit Recovery Program. The researcher formed a research team with an additional researcher and an auditor to conduct the consensual qualitative research study. The researcher used an online electronic system to store and analyze the participants responses. An in-depth, cross-analysis was utilized to find domains and categories within the data. The research team found consensus with the common domains, categories, and sub- categories through the participants online open-ended questionnaire data responses. From the domains and categories, the researcher presented recommendations, limitations, and implications for future usage of Georgia virtual credit recovery program. The research concludes with the discussion about the educators' perceptions and experiences of the program, summary of the findings, and recommendations for future studies.
