This year's study is the 35th in a series of annual reports on trends in dropout and attrition rates in Texas public schools. Johnson); (5) State Education Agency Reported Dropout Rates Remain Virtually Unchanged in Texas Over the Last Three Years (Roy L. Johnson); (6) Texas Ranks Eighth Nationally in On-Time Graduation Rate (Roy L.
