Impressions are influential. Through more than 40,000 interviews of people aged 25 and over in the European Union, Norway and Iceland, Cedefop's second opinion survey explores people's impressions about adult learning and continuing vocational education and training (CVET), which are central to enabling adults acquire the knowledge, skills and competences they need to manage changing jobs and lives.
