The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the qualities of transformational leadership and school climate dimensions as perceived by teachers in the Philippines. A sample of 250 elementary teachers from the public and private schools participated in the study. Participants were asked to answer two main survey questionnaires. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 5x (MLQ-5x) was used to measure the five qualities of school climate and the Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire (OCDQ-RE) was used to measure the six dimensions of school climate. Multiple regression was performed examining the teachers' perception of transformational leadership scores and school climate scores based on (a) age, (b) gender, (c) years of teaching experience, (d) years of teaching in school, (e) type of school (private and public) and (f) the school socio-economic situation. Findings indicated that there is a significant correlation between the five transformational leadership qualities and six school climate dimensions based on gender, age, years of teaching, years of teaching in the school, type of school (public or private), and school socio-economic situation (low, moderate or high). Multiple regression test indicated that intellectual stimulation and individual consideration were two qualities of transformational leadership that can consistently predict school climate based on all demographic factors.
