Olson, Jo Clay; Kirtley, Karmen
International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education, Paper presented at the Conference of the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education (29th, Melbourne, Australia, Jul 10-15, 2005), v4 p25-32

This study is part of a larger study that investigates professional development strategies that support the growth of secondary teachers. Findings indicate that secondary teachers may need experiences that challenge them to re-examine their knowledge and identity before considering implications of reform mathematics.
