NASPA Student Affairs Administrators Higher Education Annual Report, FY 1999.

One focus for the NASPA in 1999 was professional development. This was provided through numerous workshops. New ground was broken this year in research to foster a better understanding of HIV/AIDS and diversity. Through the efforts of a specially designated working group, management guidelines for working with fraternities and sororities were developed. This annual report also discusses the following topics: workshops; publications; the Health Education and Leadership Program; new public policy division; and the Minority Undergraduate Fellows Program. Information on the activities of the regions is presented, and the year's award winners are listed. Financial information is also provided. The NASPA Web site is briefly discussed and three NASPA publications are summarized. (MKA)
