This document represents an extensively revised and updated United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Directory for Environmental Training Worldwide. It presents a listing of environmental education and training (EE&T) opportunities around the world as well as information on financial assistance for environmental studies abroad. This version has more than 430 courses and programs offered by 112 universities and other training institutions in 33 countries in five regions. The list contains information from all regions beginning with Africa and Asia/Pacific, followed by Europe, Latin America, North America, and Global. Countries, with university and course information, appear in alphabetical order within each region. The second section contains general information on how to seek financial assistance for studies and a list of possible sources of fellowships. (ASK)
