Johnston)--Co-NECT stresses technology, community involvement in school management, high performance standards, project-based learning, collaboration among staff, and frequent staff development; and (8) "Carry That Weight" (Debra Viadero)--Project ATLAS blends some prominent U.S. school reform approaches.
