Maternal and Child Health Bureau Active Projects FY 1991: An Annotated Listing.

This annotated listing provides brief descriptions of the 591 projects funded during 1991 by federal set-aside funds of the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant and identified as special projects of regional and national significance (SPRANS).
