Statistical data for Mississippi's 15 public community colleges are presented in this report, including information on enrollments, revenues, expenditures, program completions, faculty salaries, dormitory utilization, transportation services, and learning resources in 1989-90. Introductory remarks on the state's two-year college system are followed by tables showing: (1) trends in academic, technical, vocational, and credit enrollments between 1985 and 1989; (2) full-/part-time, credit and non-credit enrollments by college; (3) enrollment by college, resident status, and county of residence; (4) enrollment by age for the state as a whole and by college; (5) sources of revenue and county tax support; (6) student fees and charges; (7) expenditures by function and object; (8) revenues and expenditures of auxiliary enterprises such as food services and housing by college; (9) expenditure per full-time equivalent student by function; (10) program completions by college, gender, and type of award; (11) faculty salaries by college; (12) salary trends in Mississippi compared to the regional average; (13) men's and women's dormitories' utilization by college; (14) daily utilization of transportation services; and (15) funding, staff, and resources of the colleges' learning resources centers.
