This report presents a wide variety of 1984-85 data on all of the secondary schools and programs in the Portland, Oregon, Public Schools. The profiles are divided into three sections. Part 1 compares the 10 major high schools for selected variables, including enrollment, costs, graduation and attrition rates, absenteeism and discipline problems, and minority and ethnic enrollment. Early leaver rates are broken down by school and year, ethnic group and year, school and ethnic group, resident area and year, school and grade level, and school and gender. Part 2 is organized by school and includes comprehensive data on each of the 10 major high schools. Data on each school's physical facility, enrollment, educational program, and performance are included. Part 3 provides more limited data for the District's special secondary schools and programs, with greatest focus on the Metropolitan Learning Center, Vocational Village. (KH)
