This document presents an annotated bibliography of the literature pertaining to family and marital counseling from 1950 through 1985. It was developed to consolidate some of the well known names of family and marital clinicians into a ready reference form and to have a selected bibliography of authoritative writing in pastoral and in gerontological counseling. The bibliography is divided into three major sections. The first section, Family and Marital Counseling 1950-1985: A Selected Annotated Bibliography, contains 57 annotated entries. The second section, Selected References for Pastoral Counseling, lists 14 references. The third section, Selected References for Gerontological Counseling, lists 20 references. References in the pastoral and gerontological sections are not annotated. Also included are a list of reference sources and a name index. (NB)
