This module, which is one in a series of 127 performance-based teacher education learning packages focusing upon specific professional competencies of vocational teachers, deals with program planning, development, and evaluation. The three learning experiences included in the module deal with the rationale for and the concepts involved in developing vocational program goals and objectives, developing goals and objectives for a selected vocational program within a specified service area, and developing vocational program goals and objectives in an actual teaching situation. Each learning experience includes some or all of the following: an overview, an enabling objective, instructional text, one or more learning activities, a feedback activity, and model answers to the feedback activity.
