This congressional hearing evaluates at the grassroots level the administration and effectiveness of laws enacted by Congress to assist veterans in obtaining job training and employment. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of the Emergency Veterans' Job Training Act of 1983, Public Law 98-77.
