A brief description of Israel (physical setting, population, society and culture, economy, politics, and communications) and its educational system introduce a description of Everyman's University. Everyman's University is a nontraditional institution offering postsecondary education by extension to a nontraditional college population. Elements of its history, purposes, organization, academic offerings, and resources are outlined, with brief narrations.
