Section II presents summaries of nine statewide programs, highlighting goals, identification methods, curriculum, and considerations for adaptation. Section III contains brief self descriptions of 100 state programs. Title, address, contact name, and a brief program summary are included. The final section covers resources for program development, including training programs, workshops, or degree programs offered by colleges and universities; national and state organizations that provide information or services to educators and parents; audiovisual materials; and an annotated bibliography of approximately 70 citations.
