As a description of a self-instructional module course designed to improve educators' knowledge and skill in instructing gifted and talented children, information is provided concerning the purposes, goals, and objectives of the course, the scope and sequencing of the course modules, the activities and resources involved in the effective use of the course, and a means of evaluation of the educators' progress through the course material.
