Changes in undergraduate degree production from 1972-76 at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego were studied. The college has moved steadily toward becoming a multipurpose liberal arts college and it serves a sizeable number of students who begin their post-high school careers in community, agricultural, and technical units of SUNY. Data are presented concerning the extent to which the division of arts and sciences has been granting an increasing proportion of total degrees conferred. Proportional increases and decreases in degrees granted between 1972 and 1976 are shown for Oswego College, all of SUNY, and the entire state. It is recommended that the needs of transfer students be analyzed. (SW)
