This manual contains an overview of a diagnostic/prescriptive reading program designed to teach basic skills to children in grades one through six and to foster their enjoyment of literature. In addition, the manual provides information about the dissemination and adoption of the program, materials for use in training teachers to use the program, and the cost of program replication.
