The thirty-eight documents annotated here were selected through a multiple mechanical and manual literature search conducted to identify resources which have a specific relationship to the career development of employees in positions requiring less than baccalaureate degree qualifications. Several resources covering the general topic of career development have also been included because of their specific applicability to the topic. All the resources included were selected because of their usefulness in developing general theories of career development for this target population. The abstracts are divided into three categories: books and monographs; journals; and dissertations. A bibliography of seventeen other selected works (not annotated) is also included. (BM)
