Learning and Assessing Interpersonal Competence--A CAEL Student Guide.
Breen, Paul; And Others
This guide is designed for college students interested in developing their interpersonal skills through an experiential learning program. Experiential learning is defined as learning--either prior or sponsored--which takes place outside the classroom. Guidelines for developing objectives, planning the learning activities, and preparing for evaluation of the learning outcomes are offered. A detailed description of interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills is presented, as well as a list of sites appropriate for this type of learning, and a number of worksheets useful for self evaluation.
