This bibliography lists contemporary monographs that deal with communication theories and models. The items are grouped according to four categories: those presented in overviews and symposia; those included in encyclopedias of philosophy and social science; essays that represent various paradigm positions in which the discipline of speech communication has responded to recurrent problems and positions in the philosophy of science; and monographs dealing with the paradigm debate in the philosophy of science.
