The primary purpose of the conference described in this report was to provide a special type of leadership experience in the health professions for graduate assistants, fellowship recipients, and selected workshop participants who had demonstrated a high level of readinesss for opportunities to develop their leadership competencies. The appendixes include names and addresses of advisory committee members, conference staff, and conference participants; and other information relating to legislation, professional organizations, and the conference discussions.
