Monitoring.
Roberson, Don R.
Once programs or projects have been planned (in terms of personnel, activities, and expected outcomes), it becomes most important to develop a method of collecting information relative to the implementation of the programs or projects. This process of determining if what is planned as a program or project is actually implemented is known as monitoring. This booklet describes monitoring as it relates to goals and objectives, monitoring information decisions, and sample formats for collecting data relative to types of objectives. In addition, a list of procedures is outlined describing how one could effectively implement a monitoring system. (Author)
