This is a description of a training course for human services personnel which covers a major function of comprehensive manpower development programs. Seminar in Substance Abuse provides an overview of methods for delivering services to substance abusers. The course is designed to assist persons experienced in working with substance abusers by refining and broadening the scope of services which can be offered through substance abuse service centers and governmental programs.
