Sixty-three projects, forty-five of which were approved and funded during fiscal year 1974 by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act Title III, and providing the funds to public school districts to demonstrate the feasibility of education innovations, are highlighted in this document about Wisconsin ESEA Title III exemplary ESEA programs.
