Emphasizing the design of a data base management system for the experimental STITE (Scientific and Technical Information Transfer for Education) project, this progress report details the emerging features of this projected facility. Compiled by four STITE researchers, the report examines: science information communication, learning, dissemination, and the structure of STITE itself.
