The materials can be used in any classroom where the topic of the environment is being studied--social studies, language arts, or science. The student text is divided into five sections. These include: What's It Got to Do with Me?; And It All Begins with the Sun; Energy Sources We Use; Meeting the Challenge with Nuclear Energy: Solving the Energy Puzzle; and Future Choices and You.
