The booklet contains suggestions for planning and conducting an effective inservice teacher-training workshop for special or regular classroom teachers. Considered are ways to communicate with teachers; set objectives; promote active participation, discussion, variety, and respect for participants; organize; provide models and clear directions; establish schedules; and meet unexpected situations.
