Thirty-two males were divided into high and low creative groups based on the Remote Associates Test and the Alternative Uses Tests. High creatives exhibited a lower basal alpha index, a higher basal theta index, differential amounts of alpha on creativity and intelligence tests, and were better at alpha control in a feedback situation than low creatives.
