A multimedia course in economic analysis was developed and used in conjunction with the United States Naval Academy. (See ED 043 790 and ED 043 791 for final reports of the project evaluation and development model.) This volume of the text discusses the simulation of behavioral relationships among variable elements in an economy and presents computer simulation models for selected segments of the course. Included are the investment multiplier, a model with induced investment, fiscal and monetary policy, government tax and expenditure policies, the demand model with a money market, the demand model with a foreign sector, the complete demand model, full employment output, capacity output and the production function, effective demand and potential supply, and aggregate demand and potential money supply.
