This information bulletin is published by the Documentation and Educational Information Center in the Argentine province of Santa Fe. The bulletin reports on educational developments in the province and abroad, educational problems, statistics, legislation, documentation and information techniques, and information from international organizations. This issue contains several items on educational reform and begins with a speech on reform by the new Minister of Education and Culture. Also included here are statistics on Santa Fe's educational reform, a plan for teacher education, a new law on private schools, and a report on the use of educational television in the province. Other items provide statistics on provincial educational development, a report on the accomplishments of the Service for Higher, Normal, Middle, and Technical Education, and considerations for the analysis of the efficiency of the Santa Fe school system in relation to economic development.
