Presented is Congressional testimony on S. 2461, To amend the Randolph-Sheppard Act for the blind so as to make certain improvements therein, and for other purposes, and on S. 3425, To amend the Wagner-O'Day Act to extend the provisions thereof to severely handicapped individuals who are not blind, and for other purposes. Testimony for approximately 30 witnesses for or against the amendments is included, with copies of both amendments provided at the beginning of the testimony.
