Presented is Congressional testimony on S. 2461, To amend the Randolph-Sheppard Act for the blind so as to make certain improvements therein, and for other purposes, and on S. 3425, To amend the Wagner-O'Day Act to extend the provisions thereof to severely handicapped individuals who are not blind, and for other purposes.
