The second section contains a brief summary of CAAT educational philosophy and a discussion of the resource center as part of an information network and as it relates to (1) the community, (2) regional libraries, (3) local industry, and (4) the College Bibliocentre. The third section concerns standards for determining quantities and sizes of collections of print and nonprint materials. The fourth section describes and illustrates different items of equipment necessary for the storage and use of the varied center materials.
