Interviews were conducted with 18 key management decision makers at the national level of the Parent and Child Center (PCC) program, and a wide variety of relevant providers and consumers of management information of the local level of the program. The purpose of the study was to develop recommendations for a management information system (MIS) for the PCC program. The study is presented in the following chapters: 1.
