The purpose of this study is to examine the function of the Dallas Central Library during the next two decades as well as its facility needs, and to explore available options for satisfying those needs, recommending the most advantageous. It is recommended that the resource and Service Centers should be located on different sites. This would allow them to be constructed at staggered times, using the vacated portions of the existing building in the interim. (Author)
