The following headings have been maintained for each country (whether or not entries have been made under each): responsible authority, other public or private bodies involved, publications and reports, schools and institutions, staffing, teacher training facilities and arrangements, aid, finance, legislation, incidence of handicap, and other information. Included are members of the British Commonwealth, associated states of the Eastern Caribbean, dependencies, and the Caribbean Region. (RJ)
