This technical report documents teachers', principals', and consultants' perceptions of the importance of identified consultant behaviors when installing the process-promoting program, Science--A Process Approach. Teachers' viewpoints are reported within the framework of grade level taught, age, years of experience, and degree status. Principals' perceptions are categorized by States and the school types administered. Consultants' viewpoints are analyzed according to the number of teachers with whom a consultant worked, consultant degree status, academic rank, and teaching specialty.
