Part I of this issue presents an annotated and indexed list of source bibliographies published between 1960-1970 in higher education. The descriptors and the volumes to which they refer are presented in section I. Section II lists the bibliographies under the following headings: (1) general works; (2) the 2-year college; (3) administration; (4) college teachers and college teaching; (5) graduate and professional education; (6) economics and finances; (7) institutional development and public relations; (8) campus and facilities planning; (9) student personnel services and programs; (10) the college and the student; and (11) broad national aspects. Section III lists a number of all-inclusive bibliographies on higher education. The second part of this issue is devoted to a summary of doctoral research at Indiana University in reading and language arts. (AF)
