This fifteenth yearbook was designed to (1) provide a thorough and descriptive status report on all types of industrial arts research, (2) identify major shortcomings and needed areas for immediate and future considerations, and (3) provide information on how the teacher educator interested in performing research can overcome his two greatest handicaps--time and financial support. This yearbook identifies and analyzes the current status of industrial arts research and provides a starting point for experienced researchers in identifying or investigating a new problem or area of study. Professional researchers from related professions will be able to use this yearbook as a guide and introduction to research in the industrial arts. (GR)
