Amendments to Title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and financial expenditures in Colorado are considered. Six programs on the following topics are described: development of an aide program for the speech correctionist; preschool programs for educationally handicapped students; stimulation of classes for the physically handicapped; summer experience programs for the emotionally disturbed; aural and visual identification programs; and an inservice program for the training of regular classroom teachers for the purposes of identifying educationally handicapped children.
