A NAME INDEX DESIGNATES CITATIONS BY AUTHOR, EDITOR, INDIVIDUALS AND ASSOCIATIONS DISCUSSED IN THE ARTICLE, OR OTHER PROPER NAMES EXCEPT GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS.
