PROCEDURES FOR SCHOOL PLACEMENT, ORGANIZATION OF SPECIAL CLASSES, AND ENROLLMENT STATISTICS ARE DISCUSSED. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUIDANCE AND SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES, THE ADMINISTRATION, AND THE SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL ARE EXAMINED.
