Results showed the Scholastic Aptitude Test-verbal section, the Scholastic Aptitude Test-mathematics section, the rank in class, and annual income were not effective predictors of college graduation, withdrawal or academic dismissal status. This study examined the effects of one alternative school's program on the self-esteem of two adolescent age groups: 15 and 16.5 years old.
