Journal of Physical Education, Recreation & Dance, v95 n9 p29-35 2024
Considering the interconnected nature of technology with teaching, teachers often encounter challenges in remaining current with the ever-changing technological landscape. Technology integration should address the needs of all teachers, including novice and experienced users, while considering diverse budgets and teaching situations. The Universal Design for Learning principles inspired the creation of a framework to prioritize inclusivity and sustainability while incorporating physical education's unique strengths and three learning domains. This article describes the T.E.C.H.N.O.L.O.G.Y. framework, consisting of suggested guiding principles for professional development, resources, hyperlinks, and QR codes. Attention is also given to social and emotional learning outcomes.
