Current and former students enrolled in consumer and homemaking education were studied to determine how they perceived the usefulness of consumer education concepts taught in all home economics subject areas. Presents research on changes over a two-year period in the use of new, Western financial practices by Southeast Asian refugees and in variables affecting those changes.
