A case study was conducted to investigate the perception by Precision Manufacturing Technology (PMT) stakeholders in Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) schools in the preparation of students for career readiness. The stakeholder participants were current PMT teachers, PMT Consultant, PMT graduates, and PMT Program Advisory Committee (PAC) members from business and industry. The number of participants from each stakeholder group varied; five PMT Teachers, one PMT program consultant, four PMT graduates, and three PMT PAC members. The researcher collected qualitative data through prolonged semi-structured interviews of all participant stakeholders to gather their perception of PMT graduate career readiness. After collecting the qualitative data, the researcher analyzed it to identify common codes and themes that reflected the stakeholder' perception and experiences. The data analysis method used by the researcher was Hahn's coding technique and Deedoose software to organize and format the large quantity of data for coding. Finally, member checking was used to ensure accuracy of the data and to increase validity. The research findings offered an in-depth examination of how well PMT graduates are prepared foe career readiness from multiple stakeholder perceptions.
