This project aims to develop a proposal for the Crossroads Baptist Association Leadership Team for orientation and ongoing training strategy. The byproduct of the project is leading CBA towards developing a proposed tool for cooperation and training of the leaders for the association's sustainable future. The project included the assessing of each participants' understanding of cooperative leadership, synthesizing obstacles to productive teamwork, and the evaluation of the relationships among the participants related to the past and present CBA culture.
