Employment programs and services in Western Europe are being tried in varying degrees. Provisions for psychiatrically handicapped are sparse, through improving, and because work and pay for them is important, they should be included in the larger group of hard to employ. (Editor/SB)

The Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) administered by the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration arranges training and placement for disabled veterans in local job service offices.
