E.I.L. Polish Basic Audio-Lingual Course with Correlated Tapes.
Urbanski, Henry
This audiolingual course presents the basic and essential features of the grammatical structure of the Polish language. The vocabulary is carefully limited, and the grammar is restricted to the most essential forms. Normally the text can be completed in an intensive program of about 100 to 125 hours, the equivalent of one normal academic year. A correlated set of tapes which accompanies the text is available. Chapters include dialogue and translation, expressions, conversation practice, pronunciation drills, pattern practice, repetition drills, person-number substitution, guided conversation, translation exercises, and grammatical synopses.
